Installation and Maintenance Manual for This Waterline Drinker

I. Installation Steps

1. Prepare Tools

• Scissors (to cut water pipes), wrench (to fix connectors), tape measure (to position spacing)

2. Determine Installation Spacing

• Chicks: Install 1 drinker every 10-15cm; Adult chickens: Install 1 drinker every 15-20cm (ensure easy access for all birds)

3. Secure the Bracket

• Clip the yellow/orange bracket onto the main waterline pipe, ensuring it is level and stable

4. Install the Drinker

• Screw the yellow nipple drinker into the corresponding interface of the bracket, tightening until no looseness (align with the pipe interface to avoid water leakage)

5. Adjust Water Flow

• Open the waterline valve and check the nipple’s water output: Uniform flow (no dripping) when lightly pecked is ideal (fine-tune pressure via the waterline pressure regulator)

II. Daily Maintenance

1. Daily Inspection

• Check if the drinker dispenses water normally and if the bracket is loose (retighten or replace damaged parts promptly)

2. Weekly Cleaning

• Use a soft brush to clean feed residues/scaling on the nipple surface and inside the drip cup to prevent blockages

3. Monthly Deep Maintenance

• Close the waterline valve, remove the drinker, soak it in clean water + neutral detergent for 10 minutes, rinse, air-dry, and reinstall

• Inspect the stainless steel nipple for rust; replace it if worn (to avoid poor water flow)
